The Bulldogs advanced six wrestlers to the finals and tied the 4A record with four champions as they finished 2nd in the Idaho State Wrestling Championships in Pocatello. Winning titles for the Dogs were Timmy Pepperdine (103), Joey Fio (125), Kyle Meschko (152), and Jerod Morris (171). Alec Ward and Taylor Morris finished second, while Darren Thompson earned a sixth place medal.

Former Bulldog Helps Guide Pac-10 Champs!

Former Bulldog (3x state champ) and Oregon Stae wrestler (4x NCAA qualifier) Tony Hook (second row with colorful tie) helped guide a resurgent OSU program to the Pac-10 title. The Beavers, now under the guidance of Jim Zalesky, have quickly found themselves on the Division I wrestling radar.

Former Bulldogs Advance to NCAA Wrestling Championships

Former Bulldogs Luke Feist and Jerad Rosholt have qualified for the NCAA national championships. Feist, a sophomre at Stanford, earned a wild card birth after a fourth place finish at the Pac-Ten championships. Rosholt, a freshman at Oklahoma State, grabbed his spot by finishing second at the Big 12's. Sandpoint has had at least one national qualifier for over a decade.
