An interview with the Doc.

Where are you from?

For four generations, my family has called Bonner County home. I graduated from Sandpoint High School in 1971.

Where did you go to school?

I attended the University of Idaho and graduated with a B.S. Education in 1976. I continued my education through the years to earn a M.S. in Counseling, an Ed. Specialist in School Administration, and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership.

What kind of experience do you have in education?

I have worked as a classroom aide, a high school foreign language teacher, a dance teacher at North Idaho College, a school counselor at both elementary and secondary schools, the State Career Guidance Program Manager and State Tech Prep Coordinator, the director of a professional-technical school and as a K-12 school principal. I have loved every job I have ever had in education.

Do you like working at Clark Fork?

Clark Fork High School is a great place to be. Thanks for having me!
