Hello, My name is Tim Ross (I resemble the picture of the bear) and I am very glad to be teaching at Sandpoint Middle School. I am Sandpoint born and raised and have over 30 years of teaching experience. I began teaching in the fall of 1975 in Hagerman, Idaho, and spent 6 years in this charming town on the Snake River in Southern Idaho. I then returned to Bonner County in the fall of 1982 and taught at Clark Fork Jr.-Sr. High School until the fall of 2005 when I transferred to Sandpoint Middle School.
During my teaching career I have been involved in many activities. I have been a the Athletic Director at Clark Fork a number of years and have coached a variety of sports from High School Football to Jr. High Football and Girls Varsity Basketball, Jr. High Basketball, High School Track and Jr. High Track and I am one of the few certified Track Staters in North Idaho.
I enjoy many outdoor activities and still thoroughly enjoy teaching Social Studies to students.
