• Presides over all meetings and the organization

• Records minutes at officers' meetings
• Responsible for correspondence, such as letters and thank you cards 
• Works closely with the bookkeeper to manage funds
• Balances income/expense accounts
• Handles requests for purchase orders
• Performs annual audit with the bookkeeper and the adviser
• Presides over meetings and the organization in the absence of the President and Vice President

• Oversees/Designates committees for various NHS activities, events, and fundraisers including the Tutoring program
• Presides over meetings and the organization in the absence of the President, Vice President and Secretary Treasurer

• Responsible for promoting activities, events, and fundraisers
• Presides over meetings and the organization in the absence of the President, Vice President and Secretary Treasurer
   

• Designated staff coordinator of club, guides and oversees NHS club
