Bring on Spring!!!

     Second semester is off to a great start.  The counselors have gone into the 9th, 10th and 11th grade English classes to disperse the results of the EXPLORE, PLAN and PSAT tests taken last fall.  It has been a great opportunity to incorporate the results of the tests and the career data that was gathered to form a career research paper in those classes.  These results can also be used to prepare for the upcoming student registration . 

     Student registration for the 2011-2012 school year will be underway in April and May.  The counselors will go back into the classrooms to discuss credits and course offerings.  This is the opportunity students have to review their four-year plans and to make their class selections for next year.

     If you are a junior and want to get a jump on registration for the SAT or ACT please come to the Counseling~Career Center for more information or visit the websites at: www.actstudent.org or www.collegeboard.com to sign up.  Taking the tests in April, May or June will give you scores in time to fill out your college applications in the fall.

Add/Drop Class Policy 2010-11
     You have two weeks from the first day of the semester to drop/add classes.  After the second week, you may drop a class, receiving an F.
